He recently left Sodexo after 18 wonderful and successful years as an Executive Recruiter. He has decided to return to recruiting consulting focusing on Staffing Solutions, Contract Recruiting, Retain executive-level searches.
Bud’s human resource experience began as a Corporate Recruiter working for a major public utility company in the Los Angeles area. He held positions as Employment Representative, Training Administrator, Labor Relations Representative, and Professional Recruiter. His career led him to a major aerospace company where held the position of Employment Manager.
He later owned and operated a search firm and temporary staffing organization based in Southern California. He recruited engineering and software development candidates for high tech companies.
Bud’s temporary staffing organization placed clerical workers, call center employees, administrative professionals, manufacturing industry workers, and technical candidates.
Bud has performed and managed contract recruiting functions for major companies for ramp up recruiting.
He received his BA degree from California State University at Los Angeles.
Bud is a US Navy Veteran.
